Amber is a final year graduate student at the Center for Astrophysics. She is National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow working with Professor David Charbonneau on characterizing the magnetic activity of our nearest M dwarf neighbors. She graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelors Degree in Physics and obtained her Masters Degree in Astronomy from Harvard University.
