Mugdha Polimera

Mugdha received her Ph.D. in Astronophysics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in August 2023. Her dissertation was focused on building a census of active black holes in ~15,000 nearby galaxies using optical and mid-IR techniques. Now she is using the pipeline development skills that she cultivated during her Ph.D. to improve data pipelines for NASA ADS. Outside of work, she trains medical assistance service dogs, revives plants from the dead, and does a ton of refurbishing and DIY projects.
