About

Kamlesh Rajpurohit works on multi-wavelength analyses of radio galaxies, groups, and clusters. Her research interest lies in extragalactic astronomy with the goal of understanding the physics of particle acceleration by merger shocks and turbulence, plasma processes in the intracluster medium, and magnetic field topology across diverse environments. She uses observations from the new generation radio (LOFAR, MeerKAT, uGMRT, JVLA) and X-ray (Chandra and XMM-Newton) telescopes.

Ph.D. (Friedrich Schiller University Jena, 2018)
